Overseas customers Due to the size and weight of a lot of our items it is not normally economically viable for us to be able to deliver to you. We will however be happy to give you a quote on request. Courier deliveries.
We use a national network of couriers Most of the deliveries arrive next day. Our liability ends with a clear signature obtained by the courier.

If an item develops a fault after the 28 day cooling off period then your item will be covered by our standard 3 month warranty (unless other wiser stated). We would require the item to be sent back to us for a warranty repair or replacement. We will not under any circumstances offer a full refund after the 28 day cooling off period. If your item develops a fault and your warranty has expired we will do our best to arrange a repair for you if we can (subject to parts being available) but this service is not guaranteed and will be chargeable to you the customer.
ALL of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We are a VAT registered company and can provide VAT receipts. We only ship to the address on Paypal. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances. Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase. We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 3 days of payment not being received.
